Welded Steel Tube Materials and Manufacture:
The tubes are manufactured from flat-rolled steel by automatic welding process.
Welded Steel Tube Delivery Condition:
1. As welded
2. Welded and annealed
3. Cold reduced
4. Cold reduced and annealed
Welded Steel Tube Inside diameter bead:
a. Bead not removed
b. Bead controlled to 0.005 in. (0.13mm) or 15% of the specified wall thickness, whichever is greater
c. Bead removed
