Manufacture Method for Carbon Steel Heat Exchanger Tubes:

Tubes are manufactured by seamless process and both hot finished and cold finished are applicable.

 

Carbon Steel Heat Exchanger Tubes Heat treatment:

Hot finished tubes need not be heat treated.

Cold Finished tubes are heat treated after the final cold finishing pass at a temperature of 1200℉(650℃) or higher
