Mechanical engineering precision seamless steel tubes are supplied for machined parts, shafts, bushings, sleeves, hydraulic components, and structural mechanical assemblies where weld-free tube body, controlled OD/wall size, machinability, heat-treatment response, and stable mechanical properties are required. This product is based mainly on ASTM A519 / ASME SA519 seamless carbon and alloy steel mechanical tubing, covering hot-finished and cold-finished mechanical tubing grades such as 1020, 1035, 1045, 4130, and 4140.

Carbon and alloy grade options 1020 for low-carbon machinable parts; 1035/1045 for higher carbon strength; 4130/4140 for Cr-Mo alloy strength and heat-treatment response.
Controlled carbon range 1020: C 0.18-0.23%; 1045: C 0.43-0.50%; 4130: C 0.28-0.33%; 4140: C 0.38-0.43%.
Alloy strengthening 4130 and 4140 contain Cr 0.80-1.10% and Mo 0.15-0.25%, improving hardenability and strength after heat treatment.
Multiple delivery conditions HR, CW, SR, A, and N conditions are available to balance machinability, yield strength, elongation, and hardness.
High-strength option 4140 HR/SR condition reaches 120 ksi / 855 MPa tensile strength in the reference data.
Machining suitability Applicable to bushings, sleeves, shafts, pins, cylinder components, and machined mechanical parts.
