Tube Fin Type Tube-Fin Cooler L-Type Wound Finned Tube

 

 

L-type wound finned tube: aluminum fin or copper fin is folded into an L shape and continuously

spirally wound on the outer surface of the base tube under the action of tension.

High operating temperature: 150 °.

 

Ll type wound finned tube: on the basis of L type, the fin root completely covers the outer surface

of the base tube; To some extent, this fin type ensures better corrosion resistance.

High operating temperature: 170 °

 

KL type wound finned tube: before the fins are continuously wound on the surface of the steel pipe,

the outer surface of the base tube needs to go through the knurling procedure; After the fin is wound,

the root of the fin attached to the steel pipe will also be knurled to strengthen the combination of the steel pipe and the fin.

For this reason, this fin type ensures better heat transfer characteristics than under the fins of L and LL.
