Nail head tube (needle tube) enhanced heat exchange element is a series of cylindrical

welded on the surface of steel pipe by needle tube automatic welding machine, which is characterized by:

 

1. Tetragonal circumferential equal distribution welding;

 

2. Hexagonal circumferential equal distribution welding;

 

Compared with the traditional needle tube manufacturing process, the tetragonal and hexagonal needle tubes

strengthen the heat exchange elements by welding for one-time forming, which changes the phenomenon that

the welding needle falls off after using tooling forced tensile forming after welding, so that the needle tube is

welded more firmly and the welding needle is not easy to fall off. The welding needle, diameter, length,

longitudinal spacing, number of circumferential welding needles and inclination angle of welding needles are all f

actors affecting the heat transfer of needle tube. Therefore, it must be considered comprehensively and systematically

in order to have more practical application. The welding and needle pipes are arranged equally in the circumference of
