Q1: Are you trading company or Manufactuer ? A: Of course, we are manufactuer. We are in field of honed tube and piston rod for more than 16 years.
Q2: What is the payment term? Do you accept LC ? A: Normally payment is by T/T, 30% advance payment, balance pay after receiving the copy BL. L/C is accepted. Also we provide Trade Assurance online which will protect the interests of both sides.The payment will be hold by authorized Third Party until you receive the goods under the Trade Assurance Policy.
Q3: What is your delivery time? A: normally, it is 25~60 days after you confirm the order. If your order is urgent, we would like to try our best to meet your requirements.
Q4: What is the package? A: The package is seaworthy wooden case by container, or accoding to your requirements.
Q5: Can I add my logo on the goods? A: Yes, OEM and ODM are available for us.
Q6: Do you have inspection procedures before sending goods? A: 100% inspection before packing and Third Party Inspection Service is available if customer apply for it.
Q7: Can I visit your factory before the order? A: Please, we are finding long-term partners, welcome to visit our factory. We will pick you up at the airport.
