Product Description
Super Alloy Steel Pipe Precipitation Hardening Alloy 41 For Engine Components
Alloy Steel Pipe Alloy 41 precipitation hardening Nickel-Base Superalloy
Alloy41 is a precipitation hardening Nickel-Base Superalloy, and it has higher tensile and lasting creep strength and good oxidation resistance within the temperature range of 650~950℃. Since the alloy of aluminum, titanium, molybdenum content is high, the ingot blooming is more difficult, but the material after deformation has good ductility, which makes it easier to be cold formed or welded in the annealed state. However, the welded part is easy prone to cracking strain aging when heat treated. and precision castings, and is suitable for manufacturing under 870 ℃ demands with high strength and under 980 ℃ high temperature oxidation of aviation and aerospace engine components.
