EN 10305-2 E235 E355 SSID Precision DOM Automotive Tubes
DOM Welded Carbon Steel Pipe EN10305-2 for Hydraulic Steel Tubing E155, E195, E235 E275, E355
Size range: O.D.:6-420mm W.T.:1-50mm L:max12000mm
Applications: for Auto Industry/ Machinery Use/ Oil Cylinder Tube/ Motorcycle Shock Absorber/
Auto Shock Absorber/ Inner Cylinder/ Telescopic Cylinders/ Jack Lifting System/ Hydraulic Cylinders
Appearance of DOM Automotive Tubes:
The internal and external surface finish of the tubes is smooth, while the Weld Seam is somehow not visible or tangible.
The ID surface with roughness Ra≤4μm, the best ID smoothness we could reach Ra≤0.8μm
The inner surface can be measured and reported if this is requested by the purchaser before PO.
Supplying Steel Grade of DOM Automotive Tubes:
E155, E195, E235 E275, E355
What is dom seamless tubing, dom metal tubing?
Round steel tubing begins with coils of steel, which are slit to the proper width for the desired tube size.
The strip is cold formed and passed through an electric resistance welder which joins the edges together,
under pressure, to complete the tubular shape. After testing the weld’s integrity, the tubing is cut to length for
further processing. The cold-drawing process creates a uniform, precision product with substantially improved
tolerances, surface finish and tensile strength, increased hardness and good machinability.
Why choose DOM welded seamless precision steel tubes?
1. It will save your machining costs of producing mechanical parts.
2.High yield strength and tensile strength
3.Uniform wall thickness
5.Good smooth and clean OD and ID surface
6.High precision tolerance on OD and ID
