GB/T19447 Seamless Copper and Copper Alloy Steel Low Fin Enhanced Evaparation Tube

Quick Detail:

The low-finned tube is produced by rolling (three-roll diagonal rolling), and its working principle is as follows:

a mandrel is lined with the smooth tube, the tube material moves in a spiral straight line under the drive of the

roller blade, and finnings are gradually processed on its outer surface through the pass formed by the rolling

groove and mandrel. In order to more conducive to fin forming, used in the process of deformation of rolled

piece in the nip, roll, plastic three stages, make processing of fin complete, smooth, rules, this method produces

finned tube for outside fin tube with is an organic whole, and therefore no contact thermal resistance loss and

corrosion problem, has good heat transfer efficiency and the strong ability of resistance to deformation.

Low Finned Tubes add short fin in the tube wall that greatly increase the surface area over smooth tube.

The fins are formed into the tube wall so the outside diameter of the fins are not larger than the pre-finned

smooth tube.Energy Transfer is solely focused on producing the largest variety and most complete solutions

for finned tubing. Low finned tubes can be provided with a smooth or rifled tube inside surface.
