TORICH is a 20 years experience steel manufacturer of EN 10305-1 seamless precision steel tube with delivery condition like BKS,GBK,NBK,BK.

1. Brief introduction of precision seamless steel pipe:

Length:

Random length: with a minimum of 3m. The length difference between the tubes shall not exceed 2 m per order item.

Approximate length: specified length  with a length tolerance of ±500mm. Up to 10% of the quantity ordered may be supplied in short length≥2m. Short length shall be bundled seperately.

Manufacturing:

The precision seamless steel pipes shall be manufactured from hot finished seamless hollows by cold drawing.

Apperance:

The precision seamless steel pipe tube shall have smooth outer and inner surfaces.

Roughness:

For high precision steel pipe of OD: D≤260mm

----≤4um on the outer surface of tubes in the delivery conditions +SR,+A and +N;

----≤4um on the outer and inner surface of tubes in the delivery conditions +C and +LC, where the requirement for the inner surface applies for specified or calculated inside diameters ≥15mm.

For tubes of OD＞260mm: ≤4um on the outer and inner surface.
