Product Description
The saemless hydrualic cylinder honed tube is produced in strict accordance with the European EN10305-4 standard.
Carbon steel pipe billets are used as raw materials, treated with imported lubricants from Europe, and manufactured by
precision cold drawing. The ENstandard series of high-brightness precision seamless flat oval steel pipes have high
dimensional accuracy and bright inner and outer surfaces. High features, suitable for auto parts processing with high
surface roughness requirements,galvanized mechanical parts, etc.
The main materials are: 10#, 20#, 45#, 16Mn, Q235, Q345, E215, E235, E355, CK45, etc.
Main features:high dimensional tolerance accuracy, good finish, small roughness value, stable mechanical properties;
steel pipe color: light gray with white or bright color.
Main use: mechanical parts, auto parts, etc., other customers who have high requirements on the accuracy, smoothness
and roughness of steel pipes, such as the surface needs to be galvanized, the effect is remarkable.
