Chrome Plated Rod Specification

1. Material: CK45, SAE1045, 4140, 4340, JIS45C, 40Cr, 42CrMo
2. Diameter: Φ 6-500 mm
3. Length: max 16m
4. Chrome layer: 20 micron (min)
5. Hardness of the chrome layer: 800HV-1150HV
6. Roughness: Ra ≤0.2u
7. Straightness: ≤ 0.2/1000
8. Diameter tolerance: ISO f7
9. Roundness: the deviation of roundness is 50% of the diameter tolerance at the most.
10. Supply condition: Hard chrome plated/ Hardened and tempered/ Induction hardened
11. Packing: Anti rust oil to be spread on rod surface and each rod to be packed in paper roll and then in wooden case.

Packaging Details

1.Coated by antirust oil.
2.Sheathed by paper carton tube, both end covered by roundness paper carton.
3. Cotton rope twined and bundled without interspace, to avoid any surfaced scratched.
4. Plastic film covered overall of bundled bars, to keep seal.
5. (Options) Woven tarpaulin covered overall of bundled bars, to keep packing clear.
6. Lifting belts on the middle of bundled bars.
7. (Options) Wooden box packed.
