The steel can suffer high pressure is usually known chromium molybdenum steel quenched and tempered as 34CrMo4 grade in international standards with following limitations.
The Chemical Composition of Gas Cyliner Precise Seamless Steel tube:
Steels shall be aluminum and/or silicon fully killed and produced to fine grain practice. The chemical composition of all steels shall be declared and defined at least by:
a) carbon, manganese, aluminum and silicon contents in all case;
b) Nickel, chromium, molybdenum, and any other alloying elements intentionally added.

Mechanical properties simulated on quenched and tempered sample shall with following requirement
at room temperature: (Except impact strength, all other properties are measured at ambient temperature)
-- Tensile strength (according to ISO6892) 982 to 1100MPa
-- Yield strength (according to ISO6892) 750 to 933 MPa
-- Elongation (according to ISO 6892) 14% min
-- Hardness (according to ISO 6560) 300 to 330 HB
-- Impact strength (according to ISO 148) at -50℃ Mean of 3 specimens≥40 J/c㎡
Individual specimen≥32J/c㎡
The Dimension and Tolerances for Non-oxidation Gas Cyliner Precise Seamless Steel tube:
OD: 6-380mm Tolerances ±1%
WT: 1-35mm Tolerances -0,+22.5%
Straightness Tolerances ≤1.6mm/m
